I don't see the point in having a terrarium that is just a tank with plant pots in.

I have started making mine now. Aquired some perspex. Just need some wood and some resin and a few other things and then i'll get on with it haha.
Expect pictures in a long time... maybe soon? I don't know, haha.

I agree, there are some good threads. Even though it is on carnivorous plants, we can still get some good ideas for orchidariums and vivaria.

Hi Chris,

I guess it is all personal taste and what your are trying to achieve. For me, I want an orchidarium for my potted plants that I may take to orchid club shows, propagate etc. I want to start a vivarium, but that will have to wait until I buy a home LOL... it would be a pain to get it nice and have to take it apart.
