I have a misting system that I just bought and am trying to set up, but all the connections are leaking! I have the Lucky Reptile Super Rain Mist System shown here: Lucky Reptile
The connections are spraying water everywhere when I turn it on and no matter how much I push the tubing in and how hard I pull them out (for the teeth to grab onto the tube), they still spray. I even cut the tube ends to make sure they are smooth and flat, not at a diagonal cut and this didn't help either. I know there is an air leak because when I turn it off, the water starts leaking out of the nozzles. If there was a sealed system, the water would stay inside. I have used these types of connections before with pneumatic air valves at work, but never with water and never had a problem. What am I doing wrong? I am typing this with extremely sensitive and painful fingertips at the moment if......
