Unhappy Sad looking porroglossum muscosum

My Porroglossum muscosum doesn't seem to be doing so well. I got it from a friend and am growing it in a large tank to maintain adequate humidity, etc.
Anyway, the humidity is 95% ALL the time, and the temperature fluctuates from about 16 degrees Celsius at night to 21-ish during the day.
It is right under a 6500K light (around 1600 lumens, I believe), which is on for 16 hours a day.

The new leaves on this porroglossum are very dark and very small -- they don't seem to be growing AT ALL and it makes me very sad.

Maybe someone knows why this could be?

Could you perhaps post a picture?

I'm not familiar with the species but I do know you have to be careful with all of that humidity. Do you have any air flow? It might be a fungus issue... That could be resolved with some ventilation.

Good Luck

What is it potted in? Your temps are good, but your humidity might be to high, especially if your little guy is potted in something that hold a lot of water.

With humidity like that, you should mount it.

It's actually not in a pot, and it's not mounted either -- its roots are in a ball of spagmum and the whole thing is hanging from the side of the tank.
I think it may have more to do with the fact that I haven't fertilized it since I got it...
hmm.

I've also moved it down lower from the light...we'll see how it goes!

Thanks for taking the time to respond!
