Phalaenopsis bellina - spikes!

Is this a bellina? Got it reduced, NOID, and not in bloom but leaves are lighter and rounder than other phals.

How frequently do you water? I killed one Bellina last year by giving high light and less water..... got a new one and put it in low light..... potted it in a clear plastic with lot of holes.... added LECA and spaghnum moss..... made sure there is enough styrofoam which prevents water clogging in the stem..... just want to know how frequently you water? Do you wait until the spagnum is bone dry ? (I do this for my other phals and they are doing great)
