Phalaenopsis stuartiana var. punctatssima
Although I've only had this plant for a year it has been a reliable bloomer, already having bloomed on 3 spikes this year.
The blossoms are very small as the plant itself is about the size of a mini-hybrid, but do give off a lovely jasmine scent in the late evening and early morning.
I'm hoping that the plant does eventually get larger with larger flowers but based on newest leaf growth I believe that this variety is small naturally.
Also this variety has the most beautiful mottled leaves of any of the mottled phals I have seen.

Thank you all.
I'm growing fonder of it. The shape of the flowers has improved greatly since its first blooming. I eventually would like to try a standard stuartiana, but there are many more phal species I intend to try before I start looking for one.

Really beautiful. These always look to me like two flowers tied together, or a forklift.
