Done!

Your plant looks to be in good shape. Roots look great! I notice there is a black spot to the right of the leaf, is that where the crown is? What conditions (temp, light, humidity, water schedule, etc) are you growing it in?

I got a Phal. wilsonii from Andy in April. This plant grows in the same greenhouse as your P. finelyi at Andy's orchids. I was growing it outdoors in San Diego. It was receiving at least Cattleya light, and temp range was about 80-60 F. Humidity varied from 40-60%. I sprayed it everyday, and soaked for at least 15 mins every other day. It lost all its leaves in late-September, early October, and the crown turned black. But all its roots were very healthy. It did nothing for like 3 months. Then around late December I brought it into an indoor terrarium. It receives Cattleya light, soaked in water for 15+ mins every 2 days with very weak fertilizer solution, 60-85% humidity, 70-60 F. Since January it has been growing like mad. It is growing 3 basal keikis, one potential flower spike, and a big flush of new roots.

TL;DR- roots are the most important part of this plant. Give them a good soak when the moss is crispy. Give the plant higher humidity. Slowly accustom it to higher light. Give it intermediate temp to emulate spring.
