Phal pallens
This little compact Phal is fast becoming one of my favorites. It blooms like clockwork every January and June-July. Blooms come off of new spikes, or off old ones, so this is one orchid where you never want to cut spikes until they are good and dead.
This Phal gets better and better as it ages, this is the first blooming where I got more than 2 blooms on a spike. It's also reblooming on 2 other spikes, but since they're on different sides of the plant I can't get a photo of the 3 of them together.

I never understand why this Phal isn't so commonly available (at least on this side of the pond). It's one of my easiest orchids to grow, and free flowering. Everyone should have one!!

Don't find them in my parts either but will certainly look for one. Attractive blooms and so many on what appears to be a fairly small plant.Lovely.

It's a small species, the longest leaf is about 12cm long, so a bit less than 5 inches. Supposedly it's a hot grower, but does great in intermediate temps.
