This plant belongs to my good friend Terry, owner of Florapeculia. The shape is very nice and the colour like bluish lavender. The scent is very strongly spicy cinnamon sugary. I think it's adorable!!
A beauty, but I'd be cautious on the ID as a bellina should have a neat citrus/lemon note. If there's none (it may evolve), a violacea has been around in its ancestor gallery. (it's current)
Especially as it's more on the equilateral side than isocele on the flower form.
I'd put "Samera ?" on the label.
Try to catch the scent it with light and heat in the morning round 10-11. It should be then the stronger.
