A beauty, but as I see some very light shades of pink, I'd say albescens.

Now it may be an artifact due to neighbouring colors. Is the flower when lighted directly white-green, or there's still the pink shades?

At first look at pics, you might see shading of pink but it's only a reflection of the incandescent light. It is a pure alba phenotypically ... Both parents were also pure albas.

Another bud is forming and a new spike too I think.

An incandescent light is yellow…

Now it can be an artefact due to the deep green around. Our eyes are blind and can see colors where there's none so I take your word.

I wouldn't trust genetics over a single generation…

This second flower is much smaller than the first one but looks flatter.
