Is there anything different that you do other than phal culture? Mine is so small, the biggest leaf is only 2 inches. Yours is mounted, mine is potted but all my phals are potted. Is your in usual phal light? Thanks.

It came potted but I quickly mounted it because the growth habit of this one just said "mount" to me. Plus, the spikes tend to grow down.

I grow it under normal/usual phal light levels...right around 1200fc. Intermediate temps. I let it dry out a bit more in the winter but that's more about my being lazy and not wanting to water every day...it would likely be even happier if I did water it more this time of the year but it seems happy enough so I don't worry about it.

It sounds like your plant is just young...give it some time and it'll grow. My "baby" leaves were quite small but as it got older the newer leaves began to get longer. Patience...
