Default Phal pallens

Second blooming this year, this time it has 2 spikes with 2 blooms each. They're on opposite sides of the plant, so I can't get a photo with all of them....

One thing I discovered about this orchid, NEVER cut a spike once it finishes blooming!! Once the blooms wilt and fall off, it will rest a while some months and then the spike starts growing again, to produce a couple more blooms. The first spike is currently on its 4th blooming in about 3- 3.5 years. This year a brand new spike finally grew. The blooms are quite long lasting, about 4 months.

It's a bit of a slow plant compared to my other species Phals. Everything seems to grow slowly on this plant: roots, leaves, spikes..... Though when I got it, it had some deficiency issues, and it took me a while to figure out that it was a magnesium/calcium deficiency. I need to give it regular doses of epsom salts. I don't know if the species is generally this slow, or if my plant is a bit of a dud...

could you post a pic of the whole plant sometime, with something in there for a size reference? I was told these bloom pretty small (and mine is pretty small) and I'm hoping to gauge how far off a bloom is for mine. --Beth

I snapped some quick photos with my phone. As far as Phals go, it's a pretty small plant! I put it next to a normal sized Phal (a big box store noid), and a measuring tape for reference. Though the measuring tape is in centimeters and not inches!!
It's in a 9cm pot, and the leaves are about 9cm long (9cm is roughly 3.5in, with a total leaf span of about 6 inches).

EDIT: For some reason the second photo is upside down, and I can't figure out why nor how to fix it...

thanks for taking the time to do that. Mine is still a year or so off, I'm guessing.
