Peloric Phalaenopsis equestris

Thanks all. I haven't thought about an iris, but it has 3 symmetric petals like an iris! I was thinking about getting geographic variants (which is more exciting for me than the horticultural variants) of P. equestris from Purificacion Orchids (preorder for Redland), but maybe next year.

I just love my equestris, but I can't really tell you why, just something about it. I also love my mannii perhaps it's just that they are my only species orchids. They also do very well for me and seem to be tough plants.
