well Malaysia, Ecuador, Columbia, Belize are all regularly in the Top 10 places to retire cheaply....
Belize and Malaysia are good because English is spoken almost everywhere ?

Depends on where you go. One of my closest friends is from Belize originally and she had to learn English.
