Phalaenopsis lobbii
Growing inside my orchidarium, this plant is blooming once again. Not a reliable bloomer but doesn't make me wait too long between blooms.
Also not that the buds crossed paths, just thought it was cool.

That's really nice and I especially like your naturalistic setup. How often does the lobbii bloom? Any special cultural recommendations? I'm just curious because I'm expecting to order one of these soon. I'm pretty sure Peter Lin is going to have some of these following his current Taiwan trip (he's already teased us on the Big Leaf forum with Taiwan greenhouse pics of a big group of lobbii).

Thanks all, the plant seems to bloom whenever I can give it the most light. It was unhappy for some time and when I moved the tank to where it would get some direct winter sun, it got all lively again. I suspect this plant can bloom very often (several times a year) in good conditions.
I have another one in the same tank that is in a darker spot. It has never bloomed (7 years). I can't move it because it has grown into the tank's background.

I've never gotten my lobbii to bloom more than one time a year - always in the spring. I grow in a g/h and it gets quite a bit of morning sun.
