Very odd Mervin, because I find this one quite easy to bloom. It does get quite strong light though compared to what is generally recommended for Phals. This year it even put out 2 spikes, but clumsy me managed to snap one.

Love this, I need to try and get pictures of mine while it's blooming. Knowing me I won't get around to it until it's too late.

Mine didn't seem to do much at first and this is the first rebloom for me. Looking at my records it was 16 months before mine put on a growth spurt and now 2 years to bloom (it was in bloom when bought 2 years ago).

I did use seaweed extract on mine once last year which caused a noticable flush of new roots. That coincides with the growth spurt as well.
