Does this one come from a Canadian vendor? How big is the plant? That flower is gorgeous!

Thank you Ezil and Bud.

Ezil, I got it last fall from Kingfisher Orchids. It bloomed last December, but just one flower, rest are blasted.
Now in humidity tray all three buds are still ok.

Here is the pic of the plant:
