Good quality phalaenopsis bastianii and mariae? - Orchid Board

Hello all I hope this post finds you in good health! I found this awesome phalaenopsis bastianii on eBay and just as I was starting to purchase it my screen redirected me and it now said sold. I missed it!!!! It had five spikes!! That was a bitter loss! So I would like to know where I can find good quality plants of either bastianii or mariae??? That have good vibrant markings! Let me know if you guys know of any place! My first instinct was Bigleaf orchids but peter doesn't have any listed. Thanks guys for all the help... In advance

I have purchased from them and the plants were large and healthy. Some have complained over shipping cost though, but it was worth it for me.

Contact the ebay seller. They more than likely have more plants.

I contacted the seller and we are working something out I also like the plants a orchids limited and may get my mariae from them I will for sure get the bastianii from them if the plan with the eBay seller falls through

Maybe you could contact Peter himself and see if he has any leads.

Excellent idea Cody!!! I will have to save up to get it from him I'm sure ha same with orchids limited that would set me back 70 bucks but I know I would be getting excellent quality as well so the cost is worth it to me. Then again I did get a plant from Peter last year and it was not expensive at all! And the plant is super amazing it was phal. Palace reef "TH" it's a real beauty

Haha Cody! I must agree there are a lot of places in the USA to get quality phalaenopsis! I have been talking to the eBay seller and he has another plant with..........4spikes!!!!!!! And the page is only visible to me!! No one else can steal it from under me!!!!! The flowers are of excellent quality and the red barring is oh so vibrant!!!!! I am very very grateful that he found another one!!!

Ok I officially have a problem!!!! An orchid addiction problem!!!! I got the plant with four spikes from the eBay seller, I also took Cody's advice and asked Peter if he had one and guess what. He did! In spike! So guess what I did.........I got them both!!!!!! Both of them bastianii and the flower colors are amazing on both! I just blew 80 dollars this is not something I do!!! But it's such a rush and slightly irresponsible but I just scored big time!!!!

Haha, if you want to keep any hold on your money, stay away from the delightful pictures on BLOF!!
