Cool And here is P. equestris premier bloomer nr 2

The Mutant and Cats (not Catts, notice the lack of the second "t" ), proudly presents;

The Weirdo Equestris!

Weee! Applauds all around!

Um, well, I'll stop adding sugar in my tea, it might help.

Anyway, the first flower on my second equestris opened today. It needs to do a bit of stretching and then it'll be done. The shape of the flower is even more off than that of my other premier bloomer, but it has improved during the day (except the lip, I think it will stay weirdly shaped). The colouration is a whole different matter! It looks like someone has painted the flower with water colours. I really look forward to see what the next flower will have in store for me, if the colouration on the first flower is just a fluke or if it's going to have these strange patterns.

Pretty cool looking. The coloration is rather artsy. Nice!

Nice! Have you been giving it superthrive as well? That would explain the weirdness.

Nononono, no Superthrive for this guy, it doesn't need it. I only use that on two of my Phals, the others all have to do without it.

The bud next in line to open, looks much more "correct" compared to how this one looked, its shape was off even as a bud.
