Gigantea
Well, ok, this isn't a species gigantea but a primary hybrid Phal gigantea X Annapolis. Blooms are alittle more pink than the pic shows but no matter how hard I tried just couldn't get it to show. (excuse the packing peanut, it was there to hold the spike up for the photo
Hope you like!!
Thanks for looking!!
Judi
Oh and those little spots aren't bugs but honeydew!

Thats a beautiful flower. Can we see the full plant picture? Phal. gigantea hybrids can also have really large leaves like the parent...
The nectar dont look like bugs at all it looks like droplets of green amber

Great Gig cross. You can really see it. Great form, love the color. And yes, lets see the leaves.

Thanks Bud! I didn't take a pic of the whole plant just yet, but I will. Yes the leaves on this are enormous!!! I would have to say it has a leaf span of 18+ inches.
I'll try to get a whole plant pic up alittle later today.

Plant pic with yard stick for reference. Biggest leaf on the left is 12" and the right is 13". Growing in a 8" pot. Oh and has another spike under the left leaf too!
