You have great taste Bud, what a beauty!!

Evan, my leaves about the same size as yours, mine is also in spike, over a foot long now. So I think its safe to say you have a bloom size orchid on you're hands

Default Rebloom 2014

This is a keiki of the mother plant first posted that gave me longer spike almost 3 feet bigger flatter flowers and the leaves are rounder than the elongated leaves of the mother.

A stunner! The leaves are what made me get a schilleriana but yours to me is unusual. And nice job with the vase!

You had me at "it's fragrant". Will be on the lookout, unless you have more keikis available

Gorgeous, Bud! Your vandaceous plants are always superbly grown. Thanks for the fragrance info, I never knew this species had a detectable one.

Have you ever thought about mounting one of these? I love how they look when leaves and spikes can grow pendant, and for me anyway most Phal species are much easier to maintain on a mount, low humidity or no.

I was surprised how long the spike is on this plant while the mother have only a foot long spike.

Thanks for the kind words Nat!

I tend to keep my plants the way I got it from the grower. I inherited a mounted Phalaenopsis cornu cervi and I maintain it that way. You are right, the mounted one did not grow less than the potted ones.
