Default Species Seedlings - mature - growth conditions

Hi everybody,

Yet more questions from me!

I've got several 'mature-ish' species seedlings with leaf spans of around 9cms. I purchased them recently and they arrived packed in sphagnum moss. I've potted them up in Spaghnum moss and, for the time being, they're in a propagating tray with some recently deflasked seedlings... conditions are about 23oC and high humidity (don't have a hygrometer to accurately measure RH yet). My goal is to encourage growth so i have really strong plants... will those conditions be ok for that? The plants i have in there are:

P. tetraspis
P. venosa
P. violacea 'Blue'

and i have a hybrid P. Yu Pin Pearl

I'll soon be adding similar sized seedlings of:

P. bellina
P. violacea 'Alba'
P. pulchra
P. sumatrana
P. sanderiana
P. speciosa 'Alba'

to the above conditions too - again with the view of promoting growth

You will find that most phalaenopsis species are really "Hot Growers", growing best when nighttime temperatures go no lower than about 23°-29°C, and higher daytimes, with sufficient shade and humidity, of course.

Yes, they can tolerate lower, but if you're looking for optimal growth...

Good Morning Ray,

That 23oC is the night time temperature... it rises a little through the day although conditions haven't been overly warm over the last week to get the temperature much higher than about 27oC. The propagating tray is heated but not temperature controlled. At the moment all of the vents are closed to keep the humidity high for the recently deflasked seedlings that I have in there - there is also a small computer fan in there to allow air movement and reduce the likelihood of fungus in the high humidity/warm temp environment...
