Phal Specie Picture from my Bohol vacation

Just came from vacation on my hometown of Bohol, Philippines. Our town is on the eastern side facing the island of Mindanao (just a few hours boat ride). I'm hoping someone could help me identify the specie. Pardon me though for a not too good picture. It was high noon so there's a lot of sunshine and I'm not that good in photography.
