Ryan's Species Extravaganza!
Ok so I made it sound mor exciting than it really is. LOL but I have a bunch of species about to come to bloom and will post them here.
This guy came in the mail today, via FedEx, from Normans. The FedEx guy left the package by our garage, not by the door nor did he ever knock on the dang door. I should mention that its 20f and snowing here. Thanks FedEx! I suspect the buds to blast within the next few days but we shall see.

It has two spikes and looks ok in general. The plant looks a bit dried out, but that may actually help it as it got pretty chilly.

Very pretty! Where did ya grab it from? NVM, see it. Normans.
With the delivery "experts" I've had to resort to leaving notes on my door to take to the office of our apartment complex. If we dont leave a note, its left at the bottom of our stairs out in the open.

Keen ! I have that specie ...still a 2 yr old, had it as a seedling, but its spiking, lets hope it will give me as many blooms as yours...
Try putting the whole plant in the bathroom sink while you shower...the warm steam might revive it from having experienced frost

I'd say between 14 and 16 inches tall from bottom of pot to the top flower. I was never really impressed with most Stuarts I've seen but this one I fell for...not sure what it is, but I love the spotting. |

I love the spots as well as the yellow. Just seems to be a perfect blend.
