Jarad - Phal javanica is known to have cupped flowers, although it won't open any further in future bloomings the flower will get a bit bigger, the average flower size is 1 1/5 inches.

I knew they were cupped, but having seen some others that open up a bit further, I was hoping yours would as well. But either way, colors are awesome.

jrodpad, the leaves aren't that big, the bloom is so little The longest leaf is only 12 cm.
A little update,
unfortunatelly as i see the other bloom on the plant won't open coz i've been waiting for days now and it seems stuck. It could be really beautiful if it had just opened What a pity...

Wow, what a beauty. Speaking of cruelty, the one and only javanica I had, I accidentaly ripped apart while trying to clean the leaves, I was so angry with myself.

OMG how is that possible? They can recover so well.. You must have been really destined to polish it shiny. I'm sorry for your loss! I have to say as i'm looking at it right now it's so really cute that it's definatelly worth trying once more.
