Wow Rosie! I've been watching this thread and waiting, certainly worth the wait! Congrats. As previously stated, I really love the saturation of purple.

WOW! You've got yourself a really nice one Rosie!, The colours are lovely and the shape of the flower is nice & rounded. My Bellina has the 'long, skinnier' type of petals. Where did you get yours?

When I ordered orchids today I looked to get a bellina, but sadly they didn't have it. Should have gotten a violacea instead, but they were a bit pricey

I can smell it from the other side of the room this morning

Nenella, I got it from Großräschener Orchideen in May 2010. When talking to Camille yesterday I thought it was bought with my first project plant, but looking at my records today it was bought as a TC of my second project plant in spring last year.
