Cody is correct. Phal. violacea var borneo was reclassified several years ago to Phal. bellina. It is now considered a distinct species from violacea. So yours is a hybrid called Phal. Samera. It's nice, I use to have one just like it.

BTW , it is now putting out another spike, should have blooms in another month or so! Will post a pic when it does.
