WOW! What an impressive list! I have similar goals, yet I am aiming for sections Polychilos and Parishianae. BACK OFF from the un-made primaries! I plan on doing an 'Eternal' series, primaries with Eternal in their name. The first one I register will be Eternal Wind. So don't steal it!!!
I like the name eternal wind (could have used some wind today as it was *blazing* hot)
I'm heavily leaning towards "Hoa Lan Phan", which means Phan's Orchids in Vietnamese. Pronounced "Phon" and not "Fan". Shouldn't be hard to get that copyrighted. Good for you Blazing. I hope you have success in the great white north!

I have been finding this type of worm/grub bored pine driftwood that I've been mounting my orchids onto along Lake Superior. The grooves seemed perfect for roots to grow into. Does anyone know what type of pine bark this is in particular? Is it good to mount on? I have to sift through hundreds of sticks to find ones like these.
i just visited a friend's greenhouse, it was so cool! and i found out that he has a laminar flow hood!!! he said that sometiume i should come over and he can show me how to flask. so i may be able to do a few crosses!
