2 spikes root rot and blasted buds..this plant has it all..

Repotted it when I got it and guess what the old root rot was set in motion already. 2 good roots left see what we can do with it now after the blooms drop. Need to cut off the 2nd spike but was kind of hoping it would come back but nay..

I love my antheriums!! have a mini purple one and the red ones, mini pinks too..they make great backdrops for photos and you know they like the same things the orchids do and grow right up next to them same water same fertilizer weekly weakly..so try some and you might be surprised at how easy they grow given the same culture

Thanks for the info about them being like orchids! We have a red one at work which flowers (1flower or2 a year) & not as healthy looking as yours. I'll be giving her a dose of 'orchid fertiliser' starting tomorrow!
Be sure to keep us posted on the Phal,as It's a very pretty one!

Nenella, I grow mine the same as orchids too. Except I give them some real soil mixed in with the orchid media.
