This little guy is a keiki's first bloom.

The pic doesn't I've a sense of scale but the flowers are really tiny - about the size of a nickel.

Hey Bob,

Its still just a tiny little guy. In fact, I was pretty shocked when it started spiking. It's in a 1" plastic pot, and has two leaves, the largest of which is probably 2.5". I have a pair of p. belinas that are about the same size and they've always just sat there like little green lumps.

The first bud blasted and I couldn't figure out why - I thought the keiki was just too small to bloom. Luckily, the next two opened and I've got my fingers crossed for #3.

Mine is in a 1" pot too. It has 5 buds and the tip is still growing. The largest lead for mine is about 3" maybe a bit more. And it has 4 leaves.

What's yours potted in?
