Yeah it looks much more like a pulchra, with its yellow part in the lip, for example like here ->

I agree, it looks like a Pulchra. Mine Pulchra is not doing much, just stubbornly sitting there since getting it nearly 2 years ago. Wish it would bloom!

Try more access to light it might help.

It's already getting a lot of light. I have it under lights with other phals, and most of those have purplish leaves from the light. Unless it needs even more?

I love this one!
Camille, what a patience you have! I check mine daily for any signs of activity even though I just got it two months ago! It has two very long spikes that aren't doing anything, and a cute keiki that also just sits there. I'm thinking of potting it separately in spring.
