OMG, this is a great species to have! Give it the best spot in the east window, I find these guys bloom best in higher light than my other Phals. But, sorry to burst your bubble a bit, but just wanted to warn you....hmm, I have to say it looks a little wrinkly. I would like someone to back me up on this before you do anything, but I really think you should check for root rot. Where did you get?

Possibly, but the moss looks a bit broken down, I would be willing to bet it was kept too wet. I think you can save it.

I would imagine you've got a bit of root rot. If it were mine, I'd get it out of the moss and repot to a quicker drying media.
