Looks great to me! How exciting and congrats!
As for it growing a spike whilst so small, I have a story of my own. Last April I had a schill try to grow buds but I was moving at the time and during the move from the old place to the new, the main bud grow got torn off. I let it go hoping it would replace the lost bud and continue to grow but instead it grew leaves that turned into a kieki! This was this past April and about a month ago I found a spike on this kieki, despite having removed it from the mother in August! Amazing little plant. The spike is quite small but it does continue to grow.

Congrats Bob!
Phal equestris is one of those phals that really like to bloom even on tiny plants. I have one that the mother plant has a 12 inch leaj span with a keiki attached that has a 4 inch leaf span that is also spiking.
