How do you grow it? Mine was growing fine but all the sudden staled. Not sure why. Thanks!

I want to thank you all of you for your kind & nice comments about this orchid.

As about the name ,I am sure far away from taxonomy,but here is IOSPE PHOTOS

I grow this plant mounted on cork inside my house near to the window with little direct sun. Now here we have summer and the tem. are so high ( 90 F - over 104 F !) I soak the plant every morning into water once per day. Winter watering schedule is 2-3 times for a week.I use some fertilizer at the start of growing season (30-10-10 and after 20-20-20)1 time per week and after I reduce it when the plant has start to take out the flower stem.
