Default Phal equestris from Laura

For some reason, the majority of Laura's Phal species prefer my grow room to hers. We don't understand why and I wish they would do better for her

When they start looking unhappy she sends them to Aunt Sue and stuff like this happens...so cute!

Equestris is so cool, too! This species seems to always do well for you, Sue.

It's most likely the lighting, Ted

Laura's place has a lot more light than the where I keep these chids.

It's okay...she does much better with lots of stuff at her place than I do here.

Sue, I don't even remember giving you an equestris! I've given you so many phals that I've lost track...

Ted, I wish Laura knew what she was doing wrong
It probably is the light, though I move them around it never matters. Sue gave me a stuartiana 2 years ago and last year it outbloomed hers and this year it is dead! I've managed to kill every piece of equestris that Sue has shared with me to the extent that I refuse to buy or accept any more phals! I have 3 species and one hybrid that are still alive, and I can't tell you how many I have purchased.

Kim, you might be right on the mark!
I don't think my husband is going to be happy when I tell him that we need to put in a pool so that I can grow phals

For our own good, we can't let John and Wes EVER get into too deep a conversation

I don't know what it is but it works for me

Sorry Laura...you know I loves ya pal

That said...I wish I did half as well as Laura when it comes to a number of other chids like Bulbs, Maxillaria and others...and she's always done better with the slippers than I did.

Us being friends was fate...it just took orchids to bring us together
