Alvin, to be safe I would isolate the plant in the second picture and watch it closely. The upper spot, which is black, looks like physical damage and doesn't really concern me. The lower spot looks possibly fungal/possibly like some sort of insect damage. But it concerns me a bit. Still, I'd just isolate it completely and watch. If the plant develops nothing further, you're good to go and if it does then consider treating with fungicide or insecticide. If the problem persists after treatment then I would buy a virus test kit (but I still doubt that it's a virus).
The cornu-cervi looks delightful! It's one of my favorite of the species so I always like seeing others blooming it. The stems usually produce for several years, so even if it stops blooming you'll want to leave the stem on the plant unless it withers.
