Default Peloric Phalaenopsis equestris

The flower on this one is a little past its prime but is still in decent shape. This one was acquired in a trade as a small keiki in 2008. I did not know it was peloric when it was sent to me but when it flowered last year I was surprised but I think it is a nice one. It has one nice sized keiki growing on it now as well. It is grown in I/W temperatures in a mix of CHC/sponge rock/charcoal and top dressed with sphagnum moss placed in a spot in a shadier spot that gets no direct sun but is bright.

Gorgeous!! Peloric equestris are very nice looking. I bought one myself not that long ago, and it should bloom as a full peloric!
