If you tell me they are native to the Philippines, which is where I grew up, I guess they were all hiding behind dimes while I was hiking the rain forests.

The plants themselves are quite small; two of my three have leaf spans under 4" tip to tip and have bloomed while the one flowering now has a leaf span of maybe 6".
