Honestly, Al, I have no idea.

I'm a big fan of cornu-cervi, so if they're identical I won't really care; when I get blooms on both to compare, though, I'll let you know.

I was comparing lamelligera to a blooming cornu-cervi last night and can see some slight difference in the lips of the two, with a slightly more "pouty" shape on the lamelligera. The lamelligera petals also seem slightly smaller compared to the sepals, at least on my plants.
