Default Phalaenopsis pulcherrima

Dark version of this beautiful Phal (former Doritis). These good shaped flowers are now easier to find than years ago.

Paula, the flowers are actually a little darker than what is seen in these photos. Unfortunately, the digital cameras don't capture this color shade very well!

Really pretty. I always love the dark pinks and the white in the lip just highlights it perfectly

Wow, it's gorgeous! I hope that mine will turn out just as nice. How big are the leaves on yours? Mine seems much smaller, they are only 4-5cm long.

Camille, the leaves on mine are 12 cm long, sometimes a little longer than that. Yours is a young plant maybe?

Supposedly it is blooming size. But it's called Doritis pulcherrima 'minor' so maybe it's a mini version of the species? I can't find any info at all on it.
