Sandy - There are quite a few species - Check these out -
appendiculata, celebensis, chibae, of course - equestris, gibbosa, javanica, lobbii, malipoensis, parishii, pulchra(?), stobartiana(?),
here - Phalaenopsis species by alphabetical order.

Phal.net also displays the primary hybrids of these species.

I refuse to go to that website anymore for fear of writing up a new list of must haves. LOL
My trick for getting it to bloom, Phal light, plenty of humidity, and I did fertilize a few times. Nothing special really.

The first one is called Phal tetraspis C#1. I got mine from a canadian ebay vendor : Tropical.gardens
Paramount Orchid has some tetraspis and few other phal species!

Thank you, I will check them out on ebay. I'm hoping to convince my other half to go to Clouds this weekend...  is where I'll be if it works out. I got a list for there too |
