Default Phal flowers issue…

Hello all! I have this one mini phal who’s flowers are not developing properly. They seem to grow fine but as they get bigger, a white-ish bump develops on the bottom. As the flower grows, the “bump” on the bottom open up. So the flower is opening from the bottom and seems to kind of peel inwards, almost as if it’s being eaten by something but I don’t think that’s what is going on. I have about 8 phals and I’ve never seen this, nor do any of the other phals on the same window sill do this. All the flowers on this plant have done the same thing. Thanks in advance for the advice. There are a few pics included. The first pic is from a few days ago, and the second 2 from today…

I would be looking for bush snails, or a "little green worm" (caterpillar). Those "LGWs" can be hard to spot - well camouflaged. It only takes one to damage a plant, and would be confined to the one it is working on. Treatment is to find it, pick it off, and squish it...
