an Orchid Inn offering a few months back. 2nd bloom from the plant.

yes it has scent.

to me it is a hint of spearmint fused with a light powdery fragrance when you back off the flower some. It has ahh lets say a sweet spot

the color has changed from the 2nd flower somewhat. more light and more heat? We see if being open for a few days darkens it up.

Sam did offer this phal , some cattleya and a dendrobium amongst his other list.

and yet another version of the flower from the same plant. this one was born inside where its cool. The small phals were suffering much from the 100+ heat and went inside
