I don't think I'd want to get another, one space hogging plant that doesn't bloom is enough! As to light levels, I actually pulled it back from the window a bit this year to try giving slightly less light. The leaves were a weird green-yellow color.
I think my plant got set back back the death of all the active root tips early in the growing season (accidently over fertilized). It only just started new root tips recently.

ha, i hear ya! i went back and read the history of your plant again, and with everything it’s been through and how slow they grow, perhaps it just needs another year or 2 of stable growth before blooming? don’t know, but we wish you the best of luck!
and that plant shown by dalachin does hint at being a seedling (assuming it is a species gigantea) only judging by the leaf size. the leaf ours grew this year is 40 cm tiptotail, so that plant looks pretty small. but again, only guessing!
