My society needs a speaker for our next meeting. We would have the speaker log in via Zoom. It would be in early-middle October. If someone has a list of people I could contact (you can direct message if you prefer), that would be amazing. I apologize for the short notice.

There are several lists in this subforum... so take a look! Zoom makes it possible to enlist speakers from all over the US and the world, the only limitation is timezones that don't mesh with your meetings.

Yeah, over the last couple of years, I've presented to a bunch of societies from the Rockies to the west coast. 10 pm to midnight or so isn't all that bad...

Even better - I can give the talk with a glass of wine at hand!

Greater Westchester has seen all my presentations at this point.

However, the AOS has a list of speakers and their subjects. You should be able to find someone there.
