It's been six months and still don't know what this is

Hello everyone, haven't been here a while! that's nursing school for ya.
Even though i've been busy i always keep an eye on my plants and one of my orchids has been having this one problem since i got it! re-potting did not help.
here are some pictures.
As you can see there seems to be like a spider web type of thing.. i tried treating it with physan but it keeps coming back! thing is i don't see any spider mites or anything and the orchid is growing fine.. Any help would be great.
