My SVO Whopper AM/AOS is also in flower now. I don't know if it is a tetrapoid, but it looks very similar, but the lip is different. Mine isn't as flat (photos).
Neither your walker nor mine have characteristics I can identify as suggesting Dolosa background, but I'm not an expert on this. I like to track walkeriana genetics, but don't have much on the SVO strains.

Thank you! The roots are getting way out of hand... That is a
C. warscewiczii that has insane rooting habits. I'm hoping it will start putting out new growths and blooms on them the first time. I have no idea what I'm doing with the species, but I'm trying the "Chadwick Method" and withholding fertilizer in the winter until the new growths appear.
