Cucumbers: Japanese, English and Straight Eight
Spaghetti squash
Sweet Corn Peaches & Cream (four very short rows)
Strawberries (thinned out this year)
Asparagus (planted two more plots, 30 crowns total)
Chives
Garlic
Onion
Lettuce: Romane and Buttercrisp
Peas: English, Snap & Pod
Sweet Peppers Carnival snacking peppers
Grapes Just planted two new vines "Mars" and "Venus"
Jerusalem Artichoke (started another bed)
Not growing in 2021:
Green beans. A first in probably forty years. Still have a ridiculous amount from last year... decided to take a break.
Peaches. I cut down three trees this year. Just not the right place for them here, plus high maintenance to get good peaches. I'm just over it.
Sweet cherries. Last tree died. Not replanting.
Blueberries. Lost all bushes from our bitter cold weather in February. Not gonna start again.
Blackberries and Raspberries Getting to be too much work to prune as needed.
*Leaf Lettuce for human consumption. I planted a ton of it, but just to feed the chickens. After sixty years I'm tired of looking lettuce...taking a break.
*Zucchini... Growing a ton of it. Probably eat a few here and there. I don't like frozen zucchini. Grow a ton for the chickens and horses. Weird horses... don't like apple, but loves those zucchini slices and of course strawberries.
