I bought a NBS plant from Kawamoto at one of the last GNYOS shows. It took me 2-3 years to grow it to blooming size, but on the 2nd or 3rd blooming, I took it to judging and it got an HCC/AOS.

It does grow large though. Mine reached 7' twice, and then I cut it down.

I grew it in a spaghnum/bark mix (3:1) in Vanda baskets.
