Yay!! Got a couple pics inserted into original post. A little sideways, but....... Good enough.
Small growths on terminus of flower spikes, adjacent to last flower...... possible kakei?
All 3 full size phals have them.
Appear to be tiny clenched leaflets on end of stalk.
Here's a close up.

Can't see, but I looked at the pictures you have added to the first post, this is normal growth, it may or may not develop in another flower, does not appear to look like a keiki.
