I also do not know who'd be able to ship it to you without you having to pay a ridiculous amount of money for 1 cutting due to CITES and phytosanitary certificates, as well as import permits. You are hitting up a forum where the majority of the people using this site are in the United States. There are some people from all over the world here, but most are from the US. For us to recommend a US seller to ship to the Virgin Islands even if you guys are a US territory might still be very costly for you. Plus, I don't know what kind of shipping laws or regulations are in place for US territories.

You could try asking Andy's Orchids, but I'm not sure if he'll have it or can ship it to the Virgin Islands if he does have it.
